The Ideal Candidate : Sous Chef

1. Previous experience in high volume kitchens

2. Attention to detail with a passionate flair

3. Wide understanding of global cuisine

4. Recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification would be preferable

The Role : Chef de Partie

1. Guide team, ensuring roles known, health/safety compliance.

2. Timely, top-notch completion of Mise en Place for service.

3. Ready daily orders for fresh/dry store items.

4. Assure proper fridge stock rotation.

5. Act as Junior Sous Chef stand-in. Exciting career move!

The Role : Commis Chef (I,II,III)

1. Previous experience working in a kitchen.

2. 3rd level qualification is desired but not essential.

3. Should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skills in the kitchen

4. Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

5. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
