Executive Chef / Head Chef

The Head Chef will oversee the smooth running of the food production activities for all
the departments with the hotel. Ensure all guests receive high standards of food and
departmental profitability/control is achieved, to work closely as part of our
management team. A key objective of the role will be to develop a high quality food
offering, which is tailored to suit the local market to drive food and associated revenue
at the hotel.
We are looking for a chef who has the following: Executive Chef
1. Previous experience as a Head Chef in a true fine dining property
2. A true foodie who is very passionate about food and products served
3. Exceptional food ethos
4. Experience with Irish local and seasonal products
5. Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
6. You can produce excellent cuisine in a busy kitchen environment
7. Fine dining is your passion and you take great pride in your dishes
8. You are on top of Industry trends

The Ideal Candidate: Chef
1. Proven experience as Head Chef.
2. Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
3. Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
4. Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
5. Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
6. Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant
management software, POS, Procure Wizard).
